Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01/01/2025

1. General Policy

At Brennans Driving Ltd, we aim to provide high-quality driving tuition and customer service. We understand that circumstances may change and this Refund Policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding cancellations and refunds.

2. Lesson Bookings

  • Cancellations by the Student:

    • If you cancel a lesson with at least 48 hours’ notice, you will be entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule.

    • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours may result in a charge of half of the agreed lesson, cancelations made with lesson than 12 hours notice may result in a charge of the full agreed lesson.

  • Cancellations by Brennans Driving Ltd:

    • If we need to cancel a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, vehicle issues), you will be offered a rescheduled lesson or a full refund.

3. Block Bookings and Packages

  • Refunds for block bookings or prepaid packages will be calculated based on the number of lessons taken and the standard single-lesson rate.

  • Any unused lessons may be refunded if requested, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given before the next scheduled lesson.

4. Driving Test Bookings

  • Fees paid to the DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency) for driving tests are non-refundable by Brennans Driving Ltd.

  • If a driving test is cancelled by the DVSA, students must follow DVSA’s refund or rescheduling procedures.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases (e.g., medical reasons) at the discretion of Brennans Driving Ltd. Supporting documentation may be required.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval, using the original payment method where possible.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
